Professional Profile: Business administration is oriented to the needs of entrepreneurship and organizational development in the era of globalization, informatization, networked and knowledgeable, and cultivates high-level management talents with leadership skills. This major has been recruiting undergraduates since 2000.
This major has a young and middle-aged team who value research and excel in practice. There are 8 full-time teachers, including 2 professors, 3 associate professors and 3 lecturers. Focusing on the demand for business management professionals in economic and social development, the business administration major takes “normative, innovative, and development” as the construction idea, adheres to educational innovation, focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship education, and takes innovative talents as the core to continuously improve the quality of education, knowledge innovation ability and social service level.
After graduation, students have a solid theoretical foundation of economics and management, master basic theories and basic knowledge of modern enterprise management, master the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of enterprise management, have strong language, interpersonal communication skills, and are able to analyze and solve enterprise management problems. They are able to engage in management work in organizations such as enterprises, businesses, and administrative departments, and become entrepreneurs and senior management talents who are constantly moving to new levels.
Employment Orientation: Graduates can work in economic comprehensive management departments or industry management departments at the national, provincial and municipal levels; or engage in various management tasks in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and private enterprises.
